This exciting online learning course is designed to support a foundation level knowledge and skills within the maternity or neonatal space.
Incorporating didactic learning, participants will explore the principles and challenges of medication management in pregnancy, lactation and neonatal medicine, and the role of the pharmacist within the multidisciplinary team. They will also have the opportunity to work through a series of case studies where these principles will be applied practically. Additionally, participants will hear first-hand account from pharmacists working within the specialty in a range of settings, and learn from the experience of setting up an obstetric clinical pharmacy service.
Aimed at early-career pharmacists, those new to working in the specialty of Women's and Newborn Health in a range of settings, or pharmacists interested in expanding their knowledge in this field.
