SHPA’s Leaders Program, delivered in partnership with Lumos Leadership, is for people who want to align their strengths to what they love so they can achieve more in their work.
Two programs are available, the Emerge Program and the Accelerate Program, founded in the belief that happiness and fulfilment can lead to productivity and balance amid today’s workplace pressures.

What is the time committment of the Emerge Program?
The Emerge Program is run over 8 weeks, commencing Monday 18 March 2024. The time committment is approximately 3hrs each week which includes self-paced learning and a 1hr group coaching call. The Emerge Program concludes with an online Success Summit over four half days.

The Accelerate Program is designed to value your team members’ strengths, instil confidence and empower them to succeed. The program involves working closely with each individual, providing regular check-ins to ensure new habits stick with minimal impact on workload.
The Accelerate Program, delivered by Lumos Leadership, can be a four-week or 40-week program, allowing flexibility for everyone and every team.
What does the Accelerate Program deliver?
The Accelerate Program’s mission is to level up everyone in order to align expectations with those of the manager or team leader. We understand that when someone moves up into a management role, they can be left without clear guidance; the Accelerate Program helps fill in those gaps. With experienced program facilitators by your side, you can build strong cultures, drive intelligence through change and allow your team members to lead the way with confidence.
What is the time committment of the Accelerate Program?
The Accelerate Program is run over 15 weeks, commencing Monday 15 April 2024. The time committment is approximately 3hrs each week which includes self-paced learning and exercises and a 1hr group coaching call. The Accelerate Program concludes with a practical one day Success Summit.
